FAQs

  • I offer a free introductory call for new students where we can discuss your goals and ensure that I am a good fit for your English-learning needs.

  • During the introductory call, I will assess your level using the CEFR and recommend the right starting point for you.

  • You can cancel or reschedule a class 24-hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel with less notice, or do not show up for the scheduled class, you will be charged the full price for the class.

    I will asses emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

  • All classes are through Zoom. You will receive a private link for your class when you sign up.

  • I provide regular feedback during and after classes. We’ll also set personal goals and review your progress together to ensure you stay on track.
